  • Go to the homepage and click on Forgot Password
  • A window will pop up. Fill in your user id and submit.
  • Your Login password will me mailed to you at the email address provided by you when you had registered.

8. Why does my Session Expire?

    The reason because of which your Session expires is.
  • For your security, your Symbiosis Center of Health Care session expires a maximum of 30 minutes after you have logged in. This ensures that nobody else can access your information after 30 minutes.
    If you see this message immediately after logging in, you should check the following:
  • Check to see that your computer system time is accurate. Session are time sensitive and may not work if your computer date is incorrect by a large amount.

9. How do I change my system time, so that my Session does not expire?

Ensure that the correct date is on your computer by doing the following:

    1. Click on START button on task bar, Go to SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL. Then double click on Date/Time option.
    2. The 'Date/Time Properties' window appears. Under the 'Date' section, verify that the correct month, day, and year appear.
    3. If the incorrect month or year appears, please adjust accordingly by using the arrows located to the right of each field.
    4. If the incorrect day appears, please click the correct day on the calendar.
    5. Click the 'Apply' button and click the 'OK' button.
